Individual Notes
• The photographer seems to be “Barron” of Pt. Huron MI. on the face and on the back (rubber stamp?) M. M. Mills - no name. The name Barron appears on the reverse of a few others: viz copies - most of the originals were marked for “Violet” - my gdm, a dau of Margaret Mills.1007

• I live in Sarnia, ON, where William’s brother, John, practiced photography. I’m a history buff, so I collect all images I can find taken by John. In researching John, I found a little bit on William and their family. Apparently, William was a photographer in Point Edward, ON (across the St. Clair river from Port Huron) before he went to Port Huron. I have found one photo taken by William in Sarnia, so I presume that he started out in Sarnia, probably with his brother John.1008, p 1
