• Sally Hill of the township of Ira (St. Clair Co.) sheweth that Jacob Andrews, late of the county (d. 7 Sep 1849) was her legitimate son and that she is the only surviving parent of the said Jacob Andrews and that said deceased died without an issue and that the widow Laura Andrews has died since her husband died. Dated 6 March 1852.1608, p 2

• Well it looks like Dave and I are cousins. Our common ancestor is Jacob Lamerson. My 3rd great grandmother was Jacob’s daughter (and sister to Hannah), Sarah Lamerson, who married William Hill.1653
