Individual Notes
• I have three conflicting sources on her birth date. One is June 20, 1844. Another is Feb 12, 1841 in Greene. This third is Feb 21, 1841, in Greene. Since her parents were not married until July 19, 1841, I’m going with the 1844 date.

Individual Notes
• Prall says: “The above family in the Oskaloosa MM, Mahaska Co, IA. On Aug 31, 1882 and some of the younger children were granted a cert. to New Sharon MM, IA,” I don’t know where that is. Other dates for her and other family members are from then to 1904, as they moved from one MM to another. She was apparently in Nebraska for a time -- Spencer MM, NE, Nov. 4, 1891.

General
• “MM” -- that’s the Quaker abbreviation for “Monthly Meeting,” the term they used to mean their church, or their gathering place for worship. So Ann Maria was a Quaker.
