• His first wife was Mary, who died at Ipswich 23 February 1672. He later married Anna Cross, daughter of Robert Cross and Anna Jordan.
1855, p 20• All of Ephraim's children were born in Ipswich, the first two by Mary, the others by Anna.
1855, p 20• Ephraim Fellows was a freeman. By reputation he was a farmer and his name is often mentioned in town and county records. He was also a soldier in King Philip’s War. He dwelt at the old home.
1854, p 64• [He] received a permit from the Town in 1670 to fell timber for a house, 16 feet square. He was a trooper in the King Philip war, in 1675 and one of the road surveyors in 1678. He bought the interest of the Younglove heirs in the estate of Isaac Fellows Jr., June 16, 1694, and in the deed he is called a locksmith. He conveyed the same to Dr. Wallis in 1713.
