2215• [excerpts] Services will be held in the East Lawn Chapel Wednesday at 11 AM for Richard Seely, Sacramento attorney who died of a heart ailment Saturday night. He was 41.
Seely was legal adviser in the state department of finance. Previously, he had served as a deputy district attorney and conducted a private practice in Sacramento.
A native of New Brunswick, Canada, Seely graduated from St. Mary’s College and was admitted to the state bar in 1935 after graduating at California Law School.
Entombment will be in the East Lawn Mausoleum.
