• John graduated from Stanford University with a Law degree and became an attorney in San Diego, California. He is a great guy and has a fun sense of humor. John plays the trumpet and for fun plays in band. His father and relatives have interesting stories. John's father played the trumpet for the Salvation Army in England. His great grandmother, Mary Ball, went to India with the Salvation Army. His great great grandfather fought with a Captain Ball with Admiral Nelson at the Battle of the Nile and after Nelson died, Captain Ball became governor of Malta.3722

• Yes, Dave, it was/is a strong, sad memory because Else [Barth] and Bill [Dennis] were my very favorite relatives after my parents and a big influence in my life. After Charlie and Else were divorced and we had moved to the mainland for the duration of the war, we lived together with my grandmother in Oakland. You know that because you all visited. • Louise Moody was born Louise Eckart in Oakland, California, on August 22, 1934, to Robert and Aileen Eckart. She was raised in Wailua, Kauai and spent the WWII years in the Bay Area. After graduation from Stanford she married Alan Fayé, Jr., of Waimea, Kauai and they had three children, Ian, Robert, and Megan. She resettled in San Diego and taught for twenty years, eventually marrying John Moody. She retired in 1992 and psent her later years joyfully spending time with her chidrlen and grandchildren, supporting the arts and singing in the choir at her church in Point Loma.3723
